Improving Orthography Development in Translation Programs

This paper reflects on how the Misaje cluster in Cameroon managed the process of orthography development over 2003-2021. While initial orthographies were beneficial, implementation uncovered issues requiring further analysis. The paper discusses challenges and offers suggestions for better managing orthography development in a translation program plan.
