Abstract
Training mentors and mentees raises the success rate of mentoring relationships from 3 in 10 to over 9 in 10. This paper overviews advances made in mentoring training in the BT movement over the last two years: competencies defined by CBC, online training courses, and research on cohort checking at the translation table.
