Oral Bible Storytelling as Shaped by On-the-job Competency-based Training and Group Experiential Learning

On-the-job competency-based equipping of Bible storytelling teams allows for flexible training focused on the designated role and work of trainees. This paper discusses the experiences of developing such training, including assessing competencies, setting growth plans, and the value of group learning for storytelling which requires an audience.
