Exhibitor FAQs
Exhibitions at the BT Conference are reserved for parties having a professional link to Bible Translation.
Note: Canvassing or distributing advertising materials or souvenirs in the exhibit hall by representatives of non-exhibiting parties is not allowed.

Yes.
We will remind you as the date approaches if you have not registered.

Exhibitors will be provided a 6’ table, two chairs, a cloth table cover (a second can be requested), and an outlet.
Exhibitors will also be able to set up a fair booth in the Whova conference app.

Bring giveaways, table displays, and other visuals such as banners and signs. Pens and markers can be helpful, along with signs about when you’ll return if you have to step away.
If you need multiple power sources, consider bringing a power strip.

Daily:
9:45 am (beginning of morning coffee break) to 3:45 pm (end of afternoon coffee break) – with an hour off at lunch 12:00-1:00 pm

- Your exhibit should not obstruct the view, or extend into the space of other exhibitors.
-The volume of audio projections should not interfere with other exhibitors.
-All demonstrations or other promotional activities must be confined to the limits of the exhibit space.
-Promotional giveaways and prize drawings are permitted.
-All hand-out materials are expected to be of professional nature.

Exhibitors who have registered will be issued an exhibitor nametag with a green lanyard.

Break-down: 4pm on Friday 31st.
